Mrs Evangéline Richard, 75, of Pré-d'en-Haut, passed away at The Dr. Georges L. Dumont Hospital on Tuesday, August 2, 1995. after a brief illness.

Born in Pré-d'en-Haut, she was the daughter of the late Eloi and Tilda Gautreau. She attended Notre Dame de l'Annonciation Roman Catholic Church.

She is survived by two daughters, Rose Nelson and her husband David of Lower Sackville, N. S., Marie-Thérèse Richard and her husband Elie of Gautreat Village; four sons, Donald Richard and his wife Aline, Roger Richard and his wife Gloria, George Richard and Aline, all of Belliveau Village, Michel Richard of Pré-d'en-Haut; three sisters, Mrs Ronald Cormier (Stella) of Pré-d'en-Haut, Mrs Alcide Robichaud (Ella) of St-Anselme, Emerise Gautreau of Fox Creek; two brothers, Albert Gautreau, Alyre Gautreau (Irene) all of Pré-d'en-Haut; six grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Zoël Richard in April, 1995; one son, Guy Richard in 1975; one sister, Albertina Belliveau; three brothers, Aurèle, Clovis and Arthur.

Resting at Dupuis Funeral Home Memramcook with Funeral mass to be held at Notre Dame de l'Annonciation Roman Catholic Church, Pré-d'en-Haut on Friday, August 4, 1995 at 7 p.m. Interment in the parish cemetery.
